By booking a stay at Adventure Creek Ranch, you agree to the following:

Reservations & Payment
Full payment (or required deposit) is due at booking.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival for a  full refund. 6-13 days = 50% refund. 5 days or less is no refund or changes on dates. No refunds for early departures or no-shows.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in: 3:00 PM    Check-out: 11:00 AM

Property & Safety
Adventure Creek Ranch is a natural, outdoor property with elevated treehouses, creek access, fire pits, and optional UTV rentals. Guests assume all risks associated with outdoor activities and are responsible for supervising children at all times.

Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage to property during their stay.

Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside accommodations.
