Check-in is at 11 am, and check-out is at 3 PM. Early and late checkout are available in our store....both are at 1 pm. 

No, this is not the place for your pets due to the poison ivy and poison sumac found in the woods. It gets on their fur, then on furniture, then on you. 

Not at this time, but it is on the list. We have to get our ponds holding water before we can add the fish!

Our insurance only allows our vehicles on our land. 

Yes! There is a firewood stand at the front gate. Pay cash when you get here, or pay on the app ahead of time. 

Yes! Children of all ages love our treehouses and making memories on the UTVs in the forest. 

All the information will be emailed to you before you arrive. We offer self-check-in. So you are welcome to go straight to your treehouse. 

Please remember the NAME of your treehouse. Everyone's address leads you to Chad & Debbie's house. Please follow the signs from there.

All the houses are within walking distance. Hobbit & Creekside are on one side of the road. Bigfoot & Yellowstone are close by, with a walking path in between. 

Yellowstone is the only treehouse with a full kitchen if you are cooking for a crowd. It is a great spot for large celebrations. 

We welcome you to our land. Chad builds everything around here, and Debbie manages it. We hope you enjoy your time in the country. You might see us around the land because we live here. 

Rain is part of making the BEST memories! Kids love playing the rain. Bring rain gear and get wet. 

If you are staying one night, you will have the UTV for your entire stay. Map/scavenger hunt clues are included. 

If you are staying 2 nights with a 1-night UTV rental, Debbie will text you the info around lunch on day 2, and you will have the UTV until check-out. 

They do not close. Enjoy evening drives or early morning adventures. We offer a nighttime scavenger hunt for the adventurous ones.  

We are in the country! Depending on your provider, you might not have good service once you arrive. Check the book to connect to the WIFI. AT&T works the best. 

If you are driving in from the DFW area, I suggest picking up BBQ in Sanger at Southern BBQ. Delicious and convenient off the highway.

Cook out on the grill or plan for easy meals. 

We do not allow Sunday check-ins. 

We nap on Sundays after church. We believe in resting one day a week.  

You are welcome to do that if they are available. We do not have enough UTVs for every guest if we are fully booked.  It is best to book ahead of time. 

Yes, every place has a charcoal grill (bring your charcoal), and these places have a swing-away grill over the fire. Creekside Treehouse, Bigfoot Treehouse, and Glamping Gorilla RV.
