Hobbit Treehouse

Mini split AC/Heater keeps the treetop space comfortable.  There is one Queen Sized bed and the couch also pulls out to make a queen bed.  A custom built end table can be rolled around to become a dining or game table for 4.  Alarm clock, DVD player & the Hobbit DVD movie series along with a printed copy of the books is included.

A compact refrigerator with very small freezer is under the countertop.  All basic cooking utensils included such as forks, plates, cups, bowls and pans.  Microwave, electric hot plate and microwave.  Pour over drip coffee maker with regular & decaf coffee. Hand towels and bath towels included.  Bathroom features a wine barrel vanity with copper sink and a full size shower with hot water, standard flush toilet.

Wifi is through Starlink however, keep in the mind that we are in country and at times, it goes down.  Some carriers do not get service but AT&T works well.

The treehouse porch sits 25' above the creek floor overlooking the water.  A set of stairs and path lead down to the creek.  Your welcome to hike up the creek, it is usually clear and about 1 foot deep, bring water shoes as some areas have limestone.  A table for 4 adults sits under the treehouse along with 4 swings.  The fire pit area has ample seating, firewood is available for purchase or bring your own. A basic charcoal grill is on site but please bring your own charcoal.  Party lights illuminate the night & are controlled by a timer.
