Nestled high in the Texas trees overlooking a peaceful creek in North Texas, this one-of-a-kind Hobbit Treehouse is a magical retreat designed for rest and relaxation.

Enjoy the outdoor living space with seating underneath with swings, and a cozy fire pit area featuring a bench swing and additional seating. Share a meal at the table beneath the treehouse or grill on the charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal).

Unwind, gather, and make unforgettable memories under the stars. 

Stay comfortable year-round with a mini-split AC/Heater. This treehouse sleeps up to four with one queen bed and a pull-out couch (queen). A custom rolling table easily transforms into a dining or game table for added entertainment.

Enjoy a cozy night in with a DVD player featuring The Hobbit movie series, a printed copy of the books, and Lord of the Rings Monopoly for family fun.

A compact refrigerator with a very small freezer is tucked under the countertop. The kitchenette includes basic cooking essentials — forks, plates, cups, bowls, and pans — along with a microwave, electric hot plate and an air fryer. A pour-over drip coffee maker is provided with regular and decaf coffee. All towels are included for your stay.

The bathroom features a unique wine barrel vanity with a copper sink, a full-size shower with hot water, and a standard flush toilet for modern comfort in a storybook setting.

WiFi is provided through Starlink to help you stay connected during your stay. Please keep in mind that we are in the country, and service may occasionally go down.

AT&T cell service works well in this area.

The treehouse porch sits 25 feet above the creek floor, offering peaceful views of the water below and the field with cattle across the creek. A set of stairs and a walking path lead down to the creek, where you’re welcome to explore. The water is typically clear and about one foot deep — bring water shoes, as some areas have limestone.

Underneath the treehouse, you’ll find a table and swings. The fire pit area offers ample seating for gathering; firewood is available for purchase, or feel free to bring your own. A basic charcoal grill is on site (please bring your own charcoal).

Party lights illuminate the space at night and are conveniently controlled by a timer, creating a magical evening atmosphere under the trees.
